By accessing or using PapanClip ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and PapanClip ("we", "us", or "our").

PapanClip is a collaborative Kanban board and project management application that provides tools for task tracking, sprint planning, team collaboration, and workflow management. The Service is designed for agile teams and software development workflows.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4.1 Account Creation

You may create an account using Google OAuth or other authentication methods we provide. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials.

4.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

- Provide accurate and complete information during registration

- Keep your account credentials secure

- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

- Not share your account with others

You agree not to:

- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

- Upload, post, or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems

- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

- Use the Service to infringe on intellectual property rights

- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data without permission

- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications

6.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create or upload to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display your User Content as necessary to operate the Service.

6.2 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit your User Content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by PapanClip and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent.

8.1 Paid Plans

We offer paid subscription plans with additional features. Pricing details are available on our pricing page.

8.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.

8.3 Refunds

Refund requests may be submitted to our support email. Refund eligibility is determined at our discretion in accordance with applicable laws.

8.4 Plan Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing and plan features with reasonable advance notice. Existing subscribers will be notified of any changes.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

10.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or through your account settings.

10.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period. You are encouraged to export your data before termination.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PapanClip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PapanClip and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated Terms within the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
